Counselor on Duty
While you can meet with our counselors in person to answer questions or resolve issues, we also provide opportunities to meet with someone immediately and in real time via Zoom. A Counselor on Duty (COD) is on call Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Central Time.
